1. Free Resources

Our educational resources (guides, templates, frameworks) are provided free of charge. No refunds apply to free content.

2. Paid Consultations & Workshops

We offer paid guided planning sessions and group workshops. Payment is required to secure your booking.

3. Cancellation by You

Cancellation 14+ days before service date: Full refund minus £10 administrative fee.

Cancellation 7-13 days before service date: 75% refund (25% cancellation fee).

Cancellation fewer than 7 days before service date: No refund. Rescheduling available at no additional charge.

No-show (failure to attend): No refund.

4. Cancellation by Us

We occasionally need to cancel or reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel:

  • Full refund issued automatically, OR
  • Alternative date offered at your convenience

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days.

6. Rescheduling

Need to reschedule? Contact us at info@fitnessmove.top at least 7 days before your appointment. Rescheduling is free if done within this timeframe.

7. Service Quality

If you're unsatisfied with the quality of a consultation, contact us within 48 hours with specific feedback. We'll work to address concerns or offer an alternative session.

8. Payment Methods

We accept bank transfer and card payments. Invoices are issued upon confirmation of booking and payment must be received before services commence.

9. Consumer Rights
